Expert in transboundary waste shipments with 19 years of experience in the enforcement and control of waste management and international waste transport regulations. Graduate of the Interdepartmental Studies in Environmental Protection at the University of Warsaw. For many years, he was associated with the Chief Inspectorate for Environmental Protection, where he was responsible for supervising compliance with waste shipment regulations. He conducted numerous training courses for representatives of public administration, law enforcement agencies and the private sector, focusing on the practical aspects of the application of environmental law. He served as the national focal point for the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and Their Disposal and as the national correspondent for Regulation (EC) No 1013/2006 on shipments of waste. For several years, he has been active in the private sector, providing consultancy to companies involved in the international waste trade. It supports clients in the process of obtaining permits for transboundary waste shipments, ensuring compliance with applicable national and EU legislation and minimising the risks associated with administrative procedures.
