Pawel Lesiak
Paweł Lesiak has more than 20 years of experience in the environmental industry. He is an expert in the field of recovery and recycling of packaging waste and an experienced speaker in the Polish arena. He started his career at Branżowa Organizacja Odzysku S.A., first as a Sales Coordinator, then taking the position of Commercial Director. He is President of the Board of the Foundation for Ecological and Educational Solutions „GREEN”. He has been initiating legislative changes in the area of waste management for years. Active participant in working groups at the Ministry of the Environment and Climate, the Lewiatan Confederation, PIGO and member of the PIOIRO council.
He has worked at Interzero for more than 10 years. He first fulfilled himself as Regional Director and then as Managing Director. For more than 5 years, he has been Vice President of the Management Board of the Interzero Group. In his role, he is responsible for, among other things, the sale of regulated and non-regulated services, the search for new business opportunities and the establishment of strategic partnerships.
Pawel Sosnowski
Long-time employee of the central administration, former head of the Department of Waste Management at the Ministry of Climate and Environment participating in the development of, inter alia, the current legislation on packaging and post-consumer waste management, including the provisions of the Act of 13 June 2013 on packaging and packaging waste management and its subsequent amendments. Expert on waste management. Author of numerous studies on waste management issues.
Agata Ryś
Agata Ryś is an experienced sales and environmental professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. For more than 5 years she held the role of Sales Director at Interzero, where she successfully managed the sales team and developed commercial strategies. Since September 2024, she has been a member of Interzero's Management Board.
Expert in the field of obligations for introducers of packaging, products, batteries and electrical and electronic equipment. She is currently focusing on developing innovative solutions based on digitalisation. She supports clients in creating tailor-made environmental solutions and proposing measures to close the raw material cycle.
Agata Ryś contributes to the development of standards and certification in the packaging industry by serving on the board of PIOIRO, and is also involved in the Foundation for Ecological and Educational Solutions “Green” by serving as a Council Member.
Bogdan Warchol
I have been involved in the renewable energy and biomass resource management sector for over 25 years. Co-founder of Polish Energy Partners (now Polenergia), where, as a proxy, I actively participated in building the green energy market in Poland from 1997 to 2018. I specialise in the strategic procurement of biomass, waste wood, supply chain optimisation and the development of sustainable resource and energy projects.
I am currently the Purchasing Manager for waste wood at Woodeco, where I am responsible for sourcing recycled wood, working with suppliers and implementing solutions to support a circular economy.
Alexander Majerz
Recycled wood buyer at Woodeco, specialising in sourcing recyclables and building supplier relationships based on an analytical, modern approach to purchasing. Graduate of Business Analytics and student of Psychology in Business. In the past he was a football player for, among others, Widzew Łódź and foreign clubs - this experience is now paying off with discipline, strategic thinking and efficient business operations.

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Paxit.co.uk, a DTC company supplying cartons and supplies for e-commerce and creator of the gift packaging shop Paxit24.co.uk. Previously Director of Ecommerce at Primagran.pl, where he was responsible for sales development in over a dozen European markets.
He hosts the podcast „Build Ecommerce”, where he teaches how to build a profitable online shop step by step and talks to practitioners about the real challenges of online business. Additionally, he acts as Przezdziek.pl, offering consultancy, audits and training to manufacturers and DTC brands, which he helps to scale sales in Poland and abroad.
In his spare time, dad to 7-year-old George, amateur triathlete, regatta sailor and doer - i.e. I love doing, stuff.
Łukasz Czarnowski
Lukasz Czarnowski is passionate about sports, digital marketing and sales. At Interzero, he has held the position of Digitalisation Director for more than 3 years. Prior to that, he developed as Digital & E-commerce Manager at BSH. Owner of a federation and organiser of kickboxing galas.
Heading up Interzero ICSE's digital sales, his role is to lead the digital transformation and cultivate international team dynamics. With a strategic focus on strengthening online marketing and business development, he has created a solid digital footprint that resonates in today's competitive e-commerce landscape.
Piotr Mazurek
Closed-loop economy expert with many years of experience in public relations and public affairs, specialising in packaging and packaging waste management regulations.
For years, he has been involved in the development and implementation of legislative solutions in the field of extended producer responsibility (ROP), deposit schemes (DRS), as well as the implementation of key EU legislation such as the Waste Directive, SUP Directive, PPWR Regulation, ESPR or EUDR. He built his career in recovery organisations and industry associations, where he was responsible for legislative monitoring, coordination of industry positions and dialogue with policy makers.
At the Lewiatan Confederation, he is responsible for issues related to the Closed Circle Economy. He coordinates the work of the GOZ Council and the ROP Working Group, representing the interests of entrepreneurs from various sectors in the legislative process at national and EU level.
Robert Sedlar
Robert Sedlar is an experienced waste management and circular economy specialist with more than 20 years of experience in business development, international markets and sustainability-based solutions.
As WS Sales Team Lead for the South East Europe region at Interzero Croatia, Robert is responsible for the development and implementation of smart waste management systems in South East Europe. His portfolio includes advanced recycling technologies, smart compacting systems, electric composters, IoT-based waste monitoring solutions and ESG-focused integrated waste strategies for the hospitality, retail, industry and local government sectors.
During the conference, Robert will present a talk entitled. „Smart Waste Solutions, presenting practical implementation examples from Croatia. These include the installation of IoT-enabled solar smart city bins, the installation of industrial balers and compactors for large retail chains and beverage manufacturers, and the deployment of on-site electric composters in hotels and public institutions that transform food waste into a useful soil improver within 24 hours.
Based on real-life case studies, it will show how decentralised processing, smart monitoring platforms and waste data analytics reduce landfill dependency, reduce transport costs, generate measurable CO₂ savings and provide measurable value in ESG reporting. The Croatian market is a living laboratory of scalable, technology-based closed-loop economy solutions that can be replicated across Europe.

Kamila Kalińczak
Kamila Kalińczak is a radio and television journalist. She uses her media experience and acquired knowledge during her trainings and workshops on public speaking, self-presentation, communication and the art of writing emails. In addition to training in the company she created, she also hosts many events and galas. The recognition of Kamila's voice is also influenced by the fact that she is a voiceover artist.
An important part of Kamila's work is the format she follows on Instagram: ĄÊ, in which she pays a lot of attention to the popularisation of linguistic correctness, inclusive language and language culture. She is the creator of the educational game ĄĘ, related to these issues. Kamila also addresses important social issues in her online activities, sharing her thoughts and experiences.
